Reason for being at St. Joseph:
The opportunity to teach at St. Joseph Catholic School is a blessing for many reasons. I attended St. Joseph during my elementary school years, so St. Joseph’s has always been a second home to me. It is a joyful experience to be able to take part in the thrice weekly Eucharistic celebrations. Attending Eucharistic Adoration with my students is also a beautiful experience. I am grateful to be able to incorporate Christ and His teachings into core subjects such as Science and Math. This brings such a sense of peace, especially when it is a discussion on a difficult topic, such as cloning. I also love the beautiful tapestry St. Joseph has become. The different cultures bring a welcome diversity to our world which represents a microcosm of God’s kingdom.
