Reason for being at St. Joseph:  After teaching for 10 years I decided to take a break from the classroom and stay at home with my children.  Although I loved being at home I could not extinguish the passion I truly have for education and my desire to be in the classroom.  Following a visit with a friend at a birthday party I was introduced to Mr. Hernandez.  Right from the start St. Joseph felt like home to me.  I feel that God has called me to teach and that there is no better place to fulfill this vocation.  I am truly blessed to be able to educate children not only academically but in faith as well.
